How can I become a vendor or non-profit attendee?
Go to the above tabs, under F&HD tab you will find vendor and non-profit. The required registration form is there. The deadline is May 9th.
Is there food available?
Yes, there is food for purchase at various locations
On State Hwy 26:

What happens if it rains?
This event will happen rain or shine. Remember, there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing!
Is there an entry fee for this event?
No! This event hosts FREE live entertainment, demonstrations and more. However... vendors and food will be available, so don't forget your wallets.
Where can I park?
There are several free public parking areas available at the Fish Hatchery, Gladding, The Sunshine Shop, First Baptist Church and Otselic Valley Central School. Check out the Google map on our event page to locate parking spots.
Can I smoke or vape at the event?
Most areas within this event prohibit smoking and vaping. Please refer to the NYS Clean Air Act for more info.
May I bring a pet?
Each indoor private and public facility at this event abides by their own pet rules as well as allowing service animals that meet Federal ADA guidelines. According to NYS law, a person who owns or controls a pet may not allow it to be in any public place or in any open or unfenced field abutting a public place, unless the animal is effectively restrained by a leash or chain no more than six feet long. Please prepare to clean up any waste from your dog and dispose of it in a trash bin.
Can I bring my own food & drink? What about alcohol?
You may bring your own food and drink to the event or buy from one of the many food vendors scattered around town. There are picnic tables available in the town park and the hatchery. No alcohol will be served by the event food vendors. Public spaces adhere to NYS open container laws and no alcohol is allowed in the town park. Please respect our public places and use the many trash and recycling bins around town.
Do you have medical staff in case of emergencies?
No event-specific medical staff are assigned for this event, although the Otselic Valley Fire Department will be available for emergencies.
